FEATURES

Flow Pattern-Either outlet port may be isolated from the inlet but at no time can both outlet ports be   closed.

Dual Protection-At midpoint of change-over stroke, both safety relief valves are in service with full relief area.

Conventional Packing Gland-Uses standard valve packing systems which may utilize spring loading or lantern ring options.

Shutoff-Ram-seal design provides drop tight, zero leakage for personnel protection during servicing.

Materials- Carbon steel and stainless steel are standard. Nickel, monel, alloy 20, titanium, Hastelloy™ also available.

Design Options- Sizes 1” through 10” available in ANSI pressure classes 150 through 2500# with temperatures to 1000°F. Fire-Safe designs available.

Operation - Straight linear handwheel operation. Chain wheel actuation available with operator remote from valves for safety. Mitre gear and right angle drives available.

Position Indication – Valve position (right or left hand valve) clearly indicated and visible from floor level.

Flexibility – Inlet connection may be rotated 360° for ease in positioning on vessel and proper alignment of SRV’s. Also center-to-center distance for SRV’s may be varied to suit the installation.

Lock-Out – Positive optional lock-out device available

Test Ports – Optional test ports(with valves) provided for bleeding pressure prior to repair, can also be used for in-place setting and testing of SRV’s.

Dual Valving – Change-over valves on inlet and outlet of SRV’s operated together with optional single handwheel, to prevent fugitive emissions.
